Brian Culhane is the Team Leader for

Scottsdale Paradise two of the fastest growing real estate teams in the valley. Brian has been in real estate for over 10 years. Starting out in architectural/engineering and environmental due diligence, then to publishing commercial regional and national real estate magazines, he eventually set his sights on the Phoenix Valley Market.
Born in Chicago, Brian now resides in Scottsdale, AZ. Having played and coached college basketball, Brian has developed both a natural ability to lead, as well as, work as a team player.
